Customers must request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue quickly. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

5. Refund Process
